Since July 1, 2009, Provident Royalties, LLC and its affiliates have been in receivership pursuant to a civil enforcement action initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the Complaint and the Order Appointing Receiver may be accessed via these links: Complaint | Order
Under the Order Appointing Receiver, the Receiver is obligated to make quarterly reports. Following are links to the reports made to date. These reports contain the most current, public information as to the status of the receivership. Additionally, the pleadings in the receivership action are available through PACER or by contacting the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Certain of the receivership defendants are also in bankruptcy. On June 22, 2009, Provident Royalties LLC and certain of its subsidiaries announced the filing voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. On June 8, 2010, a plan was approved, pursuant to which creditor claims have been addressed and investor claims have been transferred to a post-confirmation trust.
