PROVIDENT ROYALTIES LLC, ET. AL. RECEIVERSHIP

Since July 1, 2009, Provident Royalties, LLC and its affiliates have been in receivership pursuant to a civil enforcement action initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition to Provident Royalties, LLC and its affiliates, additional companies have been included in the receivership. Certain of the receivership defendants are also in bankruptcy. On June 22, 2009, Provident Royalties LLC and certain of its subsidiaries announced the filing voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division (the “Bankruptcy Court”). On June 8, 2010, a plan of liquidation was approved by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to which creditor claims have been addressed and investor claims have been transferred to the PR Liquidating Trust,.

Additionally, the Claimant is sent a copy of the Receiver's Claim Determination. Any Person seeking to contest a Claim Determination must send an Objection to the Receiver, either by mail or through this website, within sixty days of the date of the posting.

Proposed Interim Distributions to satisfy Approved Claims are first stated in the Receiver's Quarterly Reports. The Receiver's Quarterly Reports are due thirty days after the end of each calendar quarter, and are posted on this site promptly upon their filing. Any Person may object to any proposed distribution within ten business days of the Quarterly Report by sending a written objection to the Receiver in such a manner that it arrives within the ten-day period, such as by sending a message through this website. The Receiver may effect the proposed distribution fifteen days after the Quarterly Report is presented if no objection is made or if the objection is withdrawn.
